'Manor Riverwalk' to replace Tribune building
TAMPA (FOX 13) - Downtown Tampa’s newest address now has a name. The site of the old Tampa Tribune building will be home for Manor Riverwalk.
The property on the west bank of the Hillsborough River is cleared now. By next year, the eight-story, 400-unit Manor Riverwalk apartment complex should be finished.
An official groundbreaking for the project will be held next Wednesday.
