Marine rescue underway in Cockroach Bay
RUSKIN (FOX 13) - Emergency crews from Hillsborough County were called to the scene of a boat in distress on the east side of Tampa Bay this afternoon.
A small boat was taking on water in the Cockroach Bay area off Ruskin.
A line of strong storms moved through the area earlier, but it's not clear if that played any role in the boat's issues.
There's no word on the condition of the boaters.
