ODESSA (FOX 13) - A 14-year-old deputies said was missing after school was found safe Tuesday evening.
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said Amelia Davis left Seven Springs Middle School and did not return home. She was later found.
Amelia Davis is 14-years old and described as having brown hair and blue eyes. She is about 5'4" tall and weighs just over 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and white pants. She may also have black shorts and black sweatshirt with a Seven Springs Middle School logo with her.
Her home is on Loretto Circle in Odessa.
Pasco detectives said she was last seen near the J. Gills YMCA in Trinity, near the school around 2:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Amelia Davis usually rides the school bus home, but detectives said she was not on the bus to return home Tuesday.
Detectives said she had an argument with family members before school and told her sister on their way to school, she was not going home and was going to run away.
Her mother said she is diagnosed with ADHD and has a speech impairment.
