FOUND: Man with mental disability found by officer

- St. Pete police say an officer found a man with an intellectual disability who had gone missing.

An officer spotted Erik Martin at the Subway restaurant at 9th Ave North and 49th Street Wednesday afternoon. Martin went missing from the P.A.R.C. facility, 3190 75th Street North, at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Police said Martin had just moved to the country and they were worried for his safety.

Police say he was safe.
