Motorcyclist hits deer in fatal crash

- A 24-year-old motorcyclist is dead after hitting a deer on Sunday. 

Bobby Lee Williams of Chiefland was riding his Honda motorcycle northbound on U.S. 19 when a deer ran into the roadway, colliding with the bike. 

The incident occurred near West Bentbow Path just before 7 p.m. 

Williams was transported to the hospital, where he died from the injuries he sustained in the crash.
