Multiple Polk County school buses delayed on first day of school

About 80 school buses are delayed in Polk County.
According to the Polk County Public Schools’ bus delays’ website, the total amount of school buses delays have increased since 6 a.m. Delays are about 30 minutes.
The school district announced last week there were about 70 open bus driver jobs, and are actively searching to fill those positions. They warned parents of a slow pick-up time when school started on Monday.
