No injuries after paramotor hits DeSoto condo

- Deputies in DeSoto County say a paramotor -- also known as a powered parachute -- crashed into the roof of a condo building Friday morning, leaving a dent in the roof.

According to the sheriff’s office, the scene of the crash was atop the Crystal Bay Condominiums in Lake Suzy.  Photos shared by deputies showed the damaged aircraft on the building, and a noticeable indentation in the roof.

Deputies say no one was hurt, though.

The FAA is investigating.
