The Fourth of July holiday is the time of year the most pets go missing as they are frightened off by fireworks and that has happened to a pet owner in Tampa.

Little "Xuua" (pronounced 'shoe-wa'), a small, black, five-month-old Yorkiepoo puppy, was outside in his backyard when neighbors were setting off fireworks. Sparks flew over the fence and he got cared and kept running, Yessenya Jaimes told FOX 13.

He ran across Himes Ave. and Spruce, near the WalMart on Dale Mabry. His owner has been searching for him all night and fear the worst because of the busy intersections nearby.

Anyone who finds him should contact Yessenya or Larissa at 813-408-3994.
