A suspect dubbed the "manbun creeper" has been arrested, according to St. Petersburg police.

The police department said in a tweet that 35-year-old Brian Augustus Haseloff has been arrested. The department thanked the public for tips that helped identify the suspected video voyeur.

Haseloff is accused of recording video up women's skirts as they shopped at Publix, on Roosevelt Blvd., on Tuesday, April 3.

Surveillance video showed the man standing in the checkout line behind a woman in a black dress.

He crouched down a couple of times as if he was looking at the candy display, but an item that looks like a cell phone is visible in his left hand.

The woman seems to have no idea what's happening.

Another clip of surveillance video shows the man walking behind a woman in a dress. He brings his hand down to the floor and back up.

This time, the woman noticed him and told Publix management what happened. They called the police.

"He's sneaky about it," said Samantha Williams, spokesperson for St. Petersburg police, "and at least one of the victims didn't notice."

Police hope that if the woman in the black dress recognizes herself in this video, she will give them a call.

"We don't think she knows what happened or that she's actually a victim," Williams said.
