Police search for suspect in Pinellas Park hit-and-run

- Police hope someone will come forward with information about a deadly hit-and-run crash Monday night.

Pinellas Park police said 57-year-old Gregory Groover died when he was hit by a vehicle near the intersection of Lake Boulevard and Lake Villa Drive around 10 p.m. December 14.

The vehicle and its driver left the scene before police arrived.

Investigators said they were looking for anyone who may have witnessed Groover being hit or knows who the driver may be.
