A case of road rage ended with a man shot in the back.  The suspected shooter took off, but didn't get far.

It happened last night at the intersection of Nebraska and 109th avenues in Tampa.  Police say Carlos Rodriguez got off his motorcycle to confront a driver.  They argued and, when Rodriguez started walking back to his bike, officers say that's when he was shot.

Rodriguez, 33, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The man accused of shooting him, Ezekiel Henson, is in jail after officers tracked him down nearby.  The 29-year-old is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and is being held on a $7,500 bond.
