Search for suspect in shooting that left one dead, one injured

- The Polk County Sheriff's Office is searching for a suspect in a shooting that left one man dead and another critically injured in Winter Haven. 

Deputies are searching for 36-year-old James Steven "Spooky" Williams, who was an on-and-off roommate with the victims.

Deputies found Nasir Sutton, 23, dead with a gunshot wound Sunday night at a home on Carefree Cove Dr., and Bennie Joyner, 38, injured with a gunshot wound. 

Joyner was transported to the hospital and is in critical condition. 

Deputies believe Williams shot the two during an argument and fled the area.
