UPDATE: 17-year-old killed in Ybor City shooting

- Tampa police are still investigating a shooting that left a teenager dead and two others with minor injuries Saturday night. As of Sunday night the police say they still have not made any arrests.

The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. on Lilly White Court, very close to 7th Avenue, where the Ybor Knight Parade was being held earlier in the evening.

Police said 17-year-old Tee'on Milledge was shot and killed when gunfire broke out between two groups of teens during a fight.  Police say multiple people started shooting during the incident.

Family and friends held a vigil for Tee'on Sunday night. The teen's mother, Tamika Milledge said her son wanted to join the army. She wants other young people to learn from her family's tragedy. "If you stay out of trouble, you'll stay alive longer," she said.

Investigators are following leads and conducting interviews. No arrest has been made as of yet and police are asking for the public's help. Anyone with information should call Tampa Police at 813-231-6130.
