St. Pete firefighters rescue adorable pup from storm drain

- It was love at first sight when a puppy was rescued from a storm drain.

St. Pete firefighters responded to the call Sunday morning when they learned a puppy was stuck inside a storm drain.

They managed to pull the adorable pup out, but one firefighter may have had a difficult time letting go. The puppy was taken to SPCA Tampa Bay, but if he isn’t microchipped and no one claims him, firefighter Johnson plans to take him home himself.
