Stretch of I-275 reopens following Monday night closure
TAMPA (FOX 13) - Northbound lanes of I-275 were closed Monday night after 11:30 p.m. as crews working on another phase of a widening project.
Traffic was detoured off northbound I-275 near the Howard Frankland Bridge.
Drivers were then directed to exit 39A to Kennedy Boulevard, then to Dale Mabry and back onto the interstate.
The road reopened Tuesday morning at 5:30.
