TAMPA - Police are searching for two suspects who stole $30,000 worth of cologne from the International Mall, they said. The duo may be responsible for other burglaries in Tampa Bay.
Detectives with the Tampa Police Department said the suspects committed the burglaries on three occasions: January 8, January 22, and February 14. They said after closing time at the International Mall, the unidentified men broke into a cologne kiosk and stole several bottles of Creed cologne.
Officials said the estimated total of the stolen products tallied up to $30,000. Detectives said they may be the same suspects involved in burglaries at a Dillard’s in Sarasota and at Countryside Mall in Clearwater.
Detectives released surveillance images of the suspects involved in the Dillard’s burglary. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay at 1-800-873-8477 or online at www.crimestopperstb.com.
