Missing 5-year-old boy found safe
TAMPA (FOX 13) - The Tampa Police Department said it has located a 5-year-old who was reported missing.
Ryan English was last seen around 2:30 a.m. in the area of N. 39th Street and E. Regnas Avenue.
Around 8:30 a.m., police said English had been found safe and unharmed. No further details were released.
