Pasco deputies put their cruiser – and themselves – on the line this morning in order to end a chase involving a stolen recreational vehicle.

According to the sheriff’s office, it was around 9:30 a.m. when deputies tried to pull over the stolen RV in the Beacon Woods area of Hudson.  Two suspects inside bailed out, but the driver kept going to U.S. 19.

When the fleeing RV tried to turn into the parking lot at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, deputies blocked it with their SUV.  The RV slammed into the SUV, but the deputies were not hurt.

All three suspects were taken into custody.  Deputies say they were also wanted in reference to a shoplifting call at Walmart prior to fleeing.

Each faces several charges, though specific details and identities have not yet been released.
