A marine conservation group called Sea Shepherd rescued two men after their sailboat capsized in Tampa Bay.

The crew on the Sea Shepherd vessel Farley Mowat spotted a small boat flipped over close to shore Saturday afternoon.

Crew members were able to quickly pull two sailors to safety and they also helped bring the sailboat back to shore.

The sailors were wearing lifejackets and were not injured.

The Sea Shepherd Conservation Society is a non-profit society that protects the oceans. Its anti-whaling activities are the subject of the TV series “Whale Wars,” as seen on the Discovery Channel.
