WINTER HAVEN, Fla. (FOX 13) - Complaints about lewd activity led to two arrests at a Polk County lake, deputies say.
According to the sheriff’s office, they set up an operation involving undercover detectives after receiving complaints about activity at the Lake Fannie boat ramp in Winter Haven.
Juan Lopez Rodriguez, 61, and Marvin Henry, 69, were both arrested Tuesday on charges of exposure of sex organs and offering to commit lewdness.
Both were also ordered not to return to the ramp.
"It's disturbing how each time we show up at this boat ramp, almost immediately we encounter a suspect or suspects who expose themselves to, and solicit, our undercover detectives,” Sheriff Grady Judd offered. “Make no mistake, you will be arrested for this in Polk County.”
