Two people found dead inside home in Tarpon Springs

- Police in Tarpon Springs say the deaths of two people found in a home Friday were the result of a murder-suicide.

Police say a person was concerned that they hadn't heard from a co-worker and asked police to do a welfare check. When police arrived at the home on Jasmine Ave., they found two people, a man and a woman, dead inside the residence. 

Police have not released their identities or cause of death pending an investigation by the Medical Examiner.
