Two teens injured in hotel shooting in St. Pete

- Two teens are in the hospital after they were shot at a birthday party at a St. Petersburg hotel.

Sunday, after midnight, police were called to the Holiday Inn Express on 54th Avenue North.

Police say an argument sparked the shooting. Officers found 19-year-old Octavius Brown shot in the upper body and 17-year-old Demetrius Crawford with a bullet wound to his hand.

Brown was taken to the Bayfront Medical Center in critical, but stable condition.  Crawford is being treated for his injury at Northside Hospital.

Police are working to arrest a suspect.
