TAMPA, Fla. (FOX 13) - Volunteers participated in a cleanup event Sunday morning ahead of the women's NCAA Final Four tournament in Tampa.
The women's Final Four will begin Friday April 5 in Tampa. It's the third time that the city has hosted the women's Final Four.
For the Riverwalk cleanup event, the Tampa Bay Local Organizing Committee and TECO Energy partnered with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful. The group cleaned up the Riverwalk from MacDill Park to Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park.
The colleges that will be heading to Tampa for the women's Final Four will be determined later this week.
