WATCH: Tarpon attacked by bull shark off Tampa Bay

- A fisherman in Tampa Bay lost a fish to an even bigger fish.

Captain Rob Gorta spotted the 140-pound Tarpon while fishing in the Gulf of Mexico when a 12-foot-long bull shark came up and snatched the tarpon.

Unfortunately, the bull shark won and Gorta was left empty handed.

Gorta says the tarpon was let go and was not on the fishing line at the time of the attack
