Winn Dixie to donate all profits to veterans, families on 4th of July

- Winn-Dixie stores are honoring service members, veterans and their families this 4th of July by donating all of their profits to a charity that supports them.

The Hope For The Warriors charity provides support programs for service members and their families by focusing on their transition, health, and wellness and connecting them to resources in their communities.

On Independence Day, Winn-Dixie said it will share all of its profits to support the group. "Every cent of every dollar of profit Winn Dixie makes this 4th of July will be donated to Hope For the Warriors," the store said on its website.

Other chains donating their profits to the charity on 4th of July are BI-LO SuperSaver and Harveys Supermarket.

They are also accepting donations at the stores through July 10, and anyone who can't make it to the store can donate to the charity directly online.
