Woman found passed out behind wheel
PINELLAS COUNTY (FOX 13) - Pinellas County Deputies arrested a woman they said was passed out behind the wheel of a car with a child in the back seat.
They arrested Katarzyna Maksymowska, 35, Friday night on Fourth Street North.
Investigators said the car was running at the time, and the child was not in a child seat.
Deputies also said they found drugs in Maksymowska's car.
She is charged with child neglect and possession of a controlled substance.
