- Firefighters had their hands full with a fire at a paper recycling plant Tuesday.

The Arizona Pacific Pulp and Paper Plant is near Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix.

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality was monitoring the blaze.

There were no injuries immediately reported, or a cause determined, but the situation was still developing Tuesday evening.
