A little boy and his mother unexpectedly provided holiday cheer to one single mother and her son.

Kayden just celebrated his 10th birthday and decided that he did not want any gifts for himself.  Rather, Kayden and his mom delivered the gifts he received from his party to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, along with two big bags of food for families in need.

According to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, “This could not have come at a better time. Our deputies had been working with a single mother to find her a place to live and provide Christmas presents for her son. That same day, a local church provided a place to stay for this family and Kayden helped with the rest. “
