Dunkin contest: Free donuts for a year

TAMPA (FOX 13) - Dunkin Donuts is celebrating its new mint brownie creation with a contest.   The donut chain is giving away a year's worth of free donuts to some lucky customers.

One fan will win a trip to the chain's Boston headquarters to create a signature donut.  Twelve other people will win a gift card worth $286, which is five donuts per week for a year.

To enter, the chain is asking donut fans to share how they’re celebrating St. Patrick's Day using the hashtags "#DDluckydozen" and "#sweepstakes" on Twitter and Instagram.

Dunkin's new mint brownie donut is really less of a donut and more of a gooey brownie-batter delivery vessel.  It’s filled with mint chocolate brownie-batter-flavored buttercream, topped with green icing, and sprinkled with brownie crumbles.

The contest ends Saturday.
