Family nails Scooby-Doo costumes in crafted photo session

The Mystery Inc. gang is all here.

The Carey family take Halloween very seriously in their household. This year, they are fighting ghosts as the characters from Scooby-Doo.

Zoinks!

Minus the Mystery Machine, the Utah parents, Hillary and Tavnir, are dressed as Scooby-Doo and best friend, Shaggy, respectively, while their children are wearing the costumes of Daphne, Fred and Wilma. The Mystery Inc. family shared a photo of their costumes and it looks pretty close to the real thing, despite the young children’s height difference from the actual characters.

Hillary told Storyful that it is their third year doing family costumes in honor of the spooky holiday. In previous years, they were characters from Inside Out and Peanuts.

In order to capture the flawless photo, they take photos of each family member individually and use Photoshop to combine all the images. Hence, giving the illusion that the young children can pose perfectly at the same time.
