Firefighters rescue Saint Bernard stranded on roof

- Usually, Saint Bernards do the saving, but not this time.

The fire department from Spring Lake Park, Blaine, and Mounds View in Minnesota posted photos of a Saint Bernard that found itself stranded on a portion of roof over the doorway of its owner’s home.

There’s a window nearby, which is likely how the dog got out.

However, his owner couldn't seem to get him back inside.

With the help of a ladder and some firefighters, the large pup was brought down from the roof, safe and sound.
