Pigs jailbreak from truck on Minnesota highway

- About a dozen pigs escaped from an overturned trailer on a highway near Mankato, Minnesota.

About a dozen pigs had a brief taste of freedom Wednesday after the truck they were being hauled in overturned.

The semi filled with the hogs veered off the road into a ditch, letting a group of them escape the trailer.

Officials were eventually able to corral the animals.

It's not clear if the pigs will get a stay of execution from their presumed fate.
