Healthy ways you can infuse your water, and make it taste better

Water is vital to humans, but may seem bland at times.

Ann Gilbert from Shapes Fitness visited Good Day Tampa Bay to offer some ideas to put some flavor in your water by some easy infusing recipes.

When it comes to boosting your metabolism, she suggests infusing the following with your water:
- Lemons, blueberries, cucumber, green tea, lime and mint. 
- Another combination is cinnamon, green tea and strawberry.

When it comes to supporting your brain power and immune system, Gilbert suggest the following: 
- Pear, raspberry, and rosemary. 
- A second option is orange, apple, and ginger root. 
- A third combination is strawberry and kiwi.

In order to boost your digestion and help your body detox, she offered the following combinations: 
- Lemon and thyme
- Lime, ginger and basil
- Cucumber, lemon and lime
