PORT RICHEY, Fla. - Skeletal remains were discovered in a Port Richey state park and reported by a hiker Thursday morning.
Pasco County deputies are investigating the discovery at Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park.
"At this point, the investigation is ongoing and in the preliminary stages," according to a statement by the sheriff's office.
No other information has been provided.
