Rare "fire devil" spotted during Portugal wildfires

Those in Portugal got a rare look at what is known as a “fire devil.” It’s an uncommon type of fire tornado, where wind and dust are caught burning in a swirling mass. This is all part of a wave of wild fires hitting the country. Over a thousand firefighters are battling the flames.
