St. Pete deadly crash

A deadly crash has closed an intersection in St. Petersburg. Pinellas County deputies said a driver sped away as an officer tried to initiate a traffic stop near 49th Street North and 5th Avenue North. They said the driver drove through a red traffic light and crashed into another vehicle, killing one person inside.
