Freedom From Religion Foundation files complaint against judge after giving Bible to Amber Guyger

The Freedom from Religion Foundation filed a complaint with the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct on Thursday, saying it was inappropriate for Judge Tammy Kemp to give Amber Guyger the Bible and read a passage from it.
