The Tampa Police Department says the girl at the center of a Florida Missing Child Alert has been located.

Zoe Warren, 15, of Plant City, went missing Monday night from the PACE Center for Girls.

Police said she was thought to be in the company of 36-year-old Jamie Warren, who police revealed Wednesday is Zoe's biological father.

Zoe lives in foster care and was not supposed to be with her father, but reportedly had contact with him.

Now police report Zoe is safe and unharmed.

TPD detectives found Zoe Wednesday walking near the home of an acquaintance.

They say she was apparently dropped off for school Monday, but did not go to class.

Zoe's father also has been located and in TPD custody. Detectives say that while she was missing Zoe was in contact with her father. Though he has not yet been charged, he faces several charges of possession of child pornography.
