Mother, teenage daughter found dead in Largo apartment
LARGO (FOX 13) - Police said they're investigating the deaths of a mother and daughter in a Largo apartment.
Officers received a call Friday afternoon to check on the welfare of the residents.
Once inside the apartment, investigators said they found Elizabeth Genthner, 46, and Simonne Say, 17, deceased from gunshot wounds.
The mother and daughter hadn't been seen in several days and police said the deaths likely happened before Friday.
Police said they are working to determine if the deaths are suicides or a murder-suicide.
