SUV accidentally wrapped in plastic on interstate

- A Minnesota State Trooper just happened to be behind an SUV when it became covered in plastic wrap that blew off a semi-trailer.

It happened Wednesday, February 14, on Inver Grove Heights Highway.

The trooper helped the driver get the plastic off his vehicle. The incident was captured on the trooper’s dashcam.

“The driver said he saw what was about to happen and slowed down so he could pull over. Another reminder why it’s so important to keep your eyes on the road and off of your phone. It’s also important to secure objects in a truck or trailer to avoid a potentially deadly situation,” the state patrol said.
