'May the 4th Be With You' at The Bricks in Ybor City

TAMPA (FOX 13) - It a well-known holiday based on Star Wars: May the 4th Be With You.

The Bricks in Ybor City is celebrating with its 7th annual tribute weekend. The restaurant and bar is hosting several events on Friday, and on Saturday. It’s all free.

Friday:
- Star Wars Party and Art Show Opening
- Original Star Wars-themed art by over a dozen different Tampa Bay artists for sale
- Costume contest at midnight with prizes awarded to the top 3 crowd favorites
- Pinata with goodies from Jägermeister and Stoli
- DJ Cub 
- All ages before 11pm, 21 and up only after 11

Saturday:
- “Revenge of the Fifth” Star Wars Party
- Family and Pet friendly
- Pet costume contest with prizes at 4pm in the newly enlarged and renovated back patio, all kinds of pets encouraged
- Coloring pages and crayons for kids
- Kid-friendly piñata at 3pm
- All ages are welcome
