Fourth Seminole Heights victim added to mural

The fourth victim of a suspected serial killer in the Seminole Heights community was added to a mural honoring the victims.

Police say 60-year-old Ronald Felton was gunned down by Howell Donaldson III in the neighborhood on November 14th.

In November, residents from the community unveiled a mural that honored the first 3 victims: Benjamin Mitchell, Monica Hoffa and Anthony Naiboa.

Friends and family of Felton were gathered with members of the community and police for the unveiling.
