Police search for missing 4-year-old

- Authorities in south Florida are searching for a missing 4-year-old who is non-verbal.

Chelsea Noel was last seen on SW Keats Street in Port St. Lucie. She is three feet tall and weighs 40 pounds.

Noel was last seen wearing a long pink nightgown that says "Princess" on it. She has short braids and a birthmark from her neck to her chest that is lighter than the rest of her skin. 

The circumstances surrounding the child's disappearance are unclear. Anyone with information about Noel's whereabouts are asked to contact the Port St. Lucie Police Department.
