Tanker catches fire on I-75 in Pasco County

DADE CITY, Fla. (FOX 13) - Firefighters have extinguished a fire involving a tanker truck in Pasco County.

The truck driver pulled off of I-75 at the SR 52 exit around 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

According to FHP, a fuel line to the truck caught fire. Fortunately, the tanker was empty. 

No injuries were reported. 

Troopers closed the off ramp while fire crews worked the scene.
