Police: Body found in Hillsborough River

- Tampa police are investigating after a body was found in the Hillsborough River on Sunday.

Officers were called out around 9 a.m. after a resident spotted the body in the water near Hamilton Heath Drive.

The dive team responded to the scene to recover the body, police said.

There's no word yet on the age or gender of the body. The death is under investigation.
