BROOKSVILLE (FOX 13) - Do you know someone who might be missing a class ring? An old one turned up in Brooksville Sunday.
The gold ring with a red stone was inside a plastic bag when Morgan Casel noticed it outside a Dunkin Donuts.
We don't want to give out all the details about the ring--so it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. But here are a couple details: It came from the University of Massachusetts-Stockbridge and has initials etched inside. Whoever owned it graduated quite a few decades ago.
"I definitely want to reunite the ring with the owner especially if it's a loved one that just passed," said Morgan Casel. "Special things like that--especially to children--can be very important to them and it would be heartbreaking to lose it."
