Drownings rise in Florida

Childhood drownings are happening at a staggering rate here in Florida. Already this year, dozens of children have lost their lives in pools, bathtubs and lakes. It's now the leading cause of unintentional death for children ages one to four. FOX 13's Ariel Plasencia reports.
