PSTA approves Clearwater Ferry crash settlement

Dozens of passengers injured during last year's crash involving the Clearwater Ferry will get a payout from the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority. PSTA approved the settlement on Wednesday. FOX 13's Kylie Jones reports.
