BROOKSVILLE, Fla. - One person has been hospitalized following a single-vehicle crash in Brooksville, according to Hernando County Fire Rescue.

HCFR said that lines and power polls are currently down in the area, and Duke Energy has been notified. The crash happened on Citrus Way, just north of Budowski Road in Brooksville.
One occupant of the vehicle was transported to the local hospital.
The road is currently blocked off completely as officials assess the scene.
HCFR said to expect delays until the scene is cleared.
