Dancers from Brandon Ballet are bringing the gift of joy to patients at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital by performing the Nutcracker Ballet.

"Performing for the community is a big, big part of the Brandon Ballet," offered artistic director Doricha Sales.

The children enjoyed the performance. "It's good because they dance good and they do a good job," said patient Tomas Ladino.

The ballet company loves performing for the patients at the hospital.

"It’s my favorite performance of the years," said Sarah Perry, a dancer in the company. "When we get to perform in an intimate setting with the kids and just seeing the magic come alive in their eyes when they watch the dancing, is really fun.”

The Brandon Ballet company will be performing the Nutcracker next month.
